I’m here. I am here as a Black Gay man at SPS. I am here to support and encourage other People of Color and LGBTQIA people to speak up, earn, and demand your place at the table. I am here to help make a change and help myself and SPS grow. I am here to encourage Black, LGBTQIA, and People of Color to understand their worth and not to shy away from it. I am here because I left a company after 22 years and landed at SPS for a reason. The reason I am finding out is not only to share my skills as a trainer but also to join the SPS journey of Diversity and inclusion and Anti-Racism.
